As this difficult and challenging year rapidly comes to a close (and none too soon), it is good to know that there is cause for hope. “Hope” has become an abused word in our culture, much like “change”; as they were the propaganda tools used to befuddle the American polity during last year’s elections here.
We must re-capture these stolen and abused words just as we must re-embrace our foundational concepts and liberties, so many of which are under threat by a confused and craven post-modernist leadership. The Constitution of the United States is the outstanding means given to us by our founders to secure our liberties in perpetuity. This is why oaths of office across the country, civilian and military, include defending the Constitution from foes both foreign and domestic. Perhaps not since Aaron Burr has the Constitution been under such threat as it is now.
Those who have researched the doctrine of Islam and understand its purposes; those who see the evidence around them and pay attention to jihad and jihadists, know that the threat of Islam is real, and existential. The people of the country are beginning to learn the unpleasant truth, just like the classically uber-liberal population of Switzerland did when they voted to ban minaret construction in their country recently. There is cause for hope. Individuals are learning the truth and are stepping up to protect the Constitution and the country.
Let us review the past year and remember the lessons learned.
Our great failure as a nation is our failure to learn from history. We are a forward looking people, but our obsession with moving forward has had disastrous consequences. We are nowhere in our failed halls of a once great academia trained on the doctrine of Islam, nor on how to apply the lessons of recent or distant history. We are a culture unprepared for jihad against us; but we are learning. There is cause for hope.
Remember these cases, and learn from them. The message of all of these cases of Islamic violence and intolerance is that there is an active ideological and violent war against us ongoing. Again and again cases such as these repugnant examples of hatred and violence arise. It is impossible to ignore them any longer.
- Phoenix - Misunderstander of the “religion of peace” father runs over daughter and kills her for being “too Western”.
- Baltimore – Misunderstander of the “religion of peace” husband, owner of “BridgesTV”, beheads wife for wanting to divorce.
- Binghampton, NY - Misunderstander of the “religion of peace” grad student murders Jewish professor (a convert from Islam).
- Ohio – Rifka Bary flees her misunderstander of the “religion of peace” parents who have threatened her with death for converting to Christianity.
- Texas – Fort Hood massacre by misunderstander of the “religion of peace” soldier screaming “Allah Akbar” as he shoots down his US Army colleagues.
- Texas, New York, Denver – Massive jihad attacks averted.
- Washington, DC – Five Muslim men disappear; they surface in Pakistan under arrest by the Pakistan government. They are all jihadists and were planning a massive attack there.
- Minneapolis – Somali men disappear and re-appear in Somalia as jihadists.
- Iraq- bombings of civilians by jihadists ongoing.
- Afghanistan – bombings of civilians by jihadists ongoing.
- Israel – Rocket attacks and terror by jihadists ongoing.
Despite the obviously incomplete list above, there is cause for positivity. There are now at least 4 candidates for state and national office who are aware of jihad, and the threat we face from Islam. All candidates who support the US Constitution and oppose jihad and the Islamization of the United States are candidates who have our support.
Minnesota, 5th US Congressional District – Lynne Torgerson
Lynne Torgerson is a defense attorney now running for Congress in the 5th Congressional district of Minnesota. This is the very same seat now held by Mr. Keith Ellison (D-Umma). This race could well be one the most important of the 2010 election cycle. Mrs. Torgerson has an extensive position statement about Islam on her website which includes

And, what do I know of Islam? Well, I know of 911. Nineteen (19) men from Saudi Arabia, all Muslim, hi-jacked planes, and flew into the two (2) World Trade Towers murdering thousands of people, and tried to fly into our Pentagon, and some believe they also tried to fly an airplane into our White House. From this, what I perceive is Islam conducting an act of war against my country.

California, 26th District, California State Senate – Rabbi Nahum Shifrin
Rabbi Shifrin has a fascinating background which includes authoring a book called “Kill Your Teacher” about the collapse of decency and discipline at a California high school where he taught. Shifrin’s positions are strong and appear to be essentially conservative, his position statements include
We must… declare a war to the death on “multiculturalism” (this is nothing but propaganda and inculcating our youth to hate America, while yielding to the forces of Islam and radical activists whose target is middle class America and its values)

Florida, 22nd District, United States Congress – Lt. Colonel Allen West
Colonel West is a vibrant voice for freedom, and democracy. He is a superb speaker as one can readily tell by the videos of his speeches posted on his site and elsewhere on the Internet. Like Rabbi Shifrin in California, Mrs. Torgerson in Minnesota, and Vijay Kumar in Tennessee Colonel West has strong positions based on a fundamental appreciation of American liberty and our Constitution.
We are seeing a revival of patriotism now in our country – these candidates are the leaders. Colonel West is a strong supporter of Israel and understands that the jihad enemy of Israel is also our enemy. You can read his position statements here.
Now we face the resurrection of the original enemy of the Jewish people, a resurgent islamic fundamentalism evidencing itself in totalitarian, imperialist design. This time it has morphed itself using 21st century technologies, yet still retaining a 7th century mentality, utilizing terrorism internationally to promote its perverse aims. One of those objectives is the destruction of the State the world agreed to support when creating, Israel.
In keeping with previous traditions established by muhammad, the modern islamic warriors promote taqiyya, lying to promote islam. They also, just as muhammad, use the Treaty of Hudaybiyya as a model to delay and deceive their enemies until they are ready to strike. Under Yasser Arafat some 200 agreements were never honored.
Why would we trust any word coming from the mouth of the psychopathic delusional leader of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? The mad mullahs, insane imams, and combative clerics are again calling for the supremacy of islam, no different from earlier centuries.

Tennessee – 5th District, United States Congress – Vijay Kumar
Mr. Vijay Kumar is a learned student of Islam doctrine, jihad, and Sharia law (Islam’s appalling anti-human “legal code”).
Islamic Sharia Law sanctions murder of non-Muslims and apostate Muslims, and so it violates the God-given human right to life, which our forefathers spelled out in the Declaration of Independence. Islamic Sharia Law suppresses human liberty, which our forefathers declared to be a God-given human right.

Cause for Hope
So, you see now that there is cause for hope even as we continue to face widespread denial and the inability to process any information that challenges multiculturalist, and post-modernist concepts of ignorance and radical tolerance. Multiculturalism and post-modernism are the anti-intellectual engines of stupidy that fuel ignorance and self-hatred across the West; they both must be discredited and destroyed.
We live in a time of great moral, ethical and existential challenges. The people of the United States and of Europe are awakening from the deadening slumber of multiculturalism and political correctness that prevents learning, knowledge, and wisdom. We have cause to hope because we have heroes who are stepping forward to educate and lead in these difficult times.
The ban on minaret construction by direct referendum in Switzerland shows that while leadership is asleep or dhimmitized the populace is no longer. Post-voting polls across Europe showed that popular support for the ban in other countries is high.
While the march of totalitarianism continues we should have hope in the knowledge that our people are learning about political Islam, and that there are an increasing number of those who understand the issues and are stepping forward to defend the nation and our Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.
